Yes it does. It has a strap and is easy to carry. I can carry two of them easily.

Q: is the seat long enough front to back to be comfortable? Come close to the back of the knees? Is it comfortable in general?

I'm 5'8 with a 32" in-seem & weigh 144. it's comfortable to me (comes to the back of my knees).
