Great idea. Poor execution.
Hard to extract. Very thick. When I was able to extract any of them, it added GREAT flavor. Way too thick.

Unique product, with unique uses
I was very intrigued by this product as I use a LOT of spices. I am on a sodium restricted diet, therefore I add spices to almost everything. You get six small bottles with 5 different spices and one spice blend. Each bottle is supposed to have 180 drops in it - the bottles are glass and well packaged (would make a really nice gift as well), and the top is a small dropper used to dispense the drops. Included in the box is a brochure listing the measurement equivalents as well as some recipes. Presentation wise, they do an excellent job… and it is also convenient from a storage perspective. After using the product for a while now, it strikes me that the extracts aren’t exactly a replacement for the respective dried or fresh spices, but rather a different form of those spices that allows for usage that is actually better than the dried/fresh versions. Specifically, these are great to use with things you don’t ‘cook’, or don’t cook long… for example, to flavor dips or broths, beverages, etc. You get a much stronger essence of the flavor with these drops than you can get with fresh/dried herbs (especially in things like dips). For dishes that require extensive cooking, you can use these to get the ‘flavor’, but often times (at least for me) I like seeing the herbs/spices in the dish and with this product you don’t see it. For example, in a pasta sauce, I like seeing the bits of basil in addition to the flavor… with this product you can get the flavor but you can’t ‘see’ the herb. I don’t necessarily consider this a positive or negative in general - it is based on personal preference - but for me I want to see the herbs and spices in many dishes. So… overall I think this is a GREAT product, especially for certain situations such as flavoring dips, beverages, broths, etc. - those situations where the flavor is important and whatever you are making doesn’t require much actual cooking - these are a way to infuse the flavor much more easily than you could with fresh/dried herbs and spices. I hope this is helpful info to you!

I'm mixed
When I opened the box, the aroma of the herbs was so strong I checked for leaks, but there were none! The drops are attractively packaged and could be given as a gift. Each one smells just like it should! My problem is that they're drops! Drops can be handy for some things you're cooking but for me, I like the look of the herbs in the sauce, soup, or stew that I'm cooking. I had one recipe where you sprinkle the herbs & spices over the food, rather that mix them in a sauce, and I wasn't quite sure how to do that with a liquid drop. I suppose I could mix them in a bit of olive oil or avocado oil and rub it on that way, but I do like the look of the leaves.Be sure to shake well! The first time I used one, I didn't know to shake and got a weird flavor. It was much better the next time when I shook the bottle before dropping! The big problem with a set is what do you do when you run out of one that you use a lot? You're stuck with buying another whole set as I don't see a way to replace just one.

tasty, some more successful than others
Spice Drop Set of 6 Assorted Herb Extract - Italian Seasoning, Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Black Pepper, Garlic - Natural ExtractsI really liked the garlic, and the black pepper. I like a drop of the garlic in everything from noodle stir fry to garlic avocado toast. The black pepper was also really successful. Italian seasoning, oregano, and thyme were okay for a quick lift, all of these added at the end to perk up food. The basil was a fail, very sweet with an odd taste. I love basil so this was disappointing, but overall I'd recommend the rest. They are a punch of flavor, convenient, small and easy to store

Nice assortment of liquid herbal extracts
This is a nice assortment of liquid herbal extracts. They come in 6 glass bottles with a tiny dropper built into the cap, clearly labeled with the name of the herb on it for easy identification. A pamphlet with the product info and conversion ratio for all 6 herbs, along with few recipes, is also included. These liquid extracts have the taste and aroma of the given herb as expected. They are super convenient and easy to use. Simply follow the conversion ratio for the given herb in the pamphlet. They are pretty versatile and work well in cooking, dips, soups, herbal teas, etc. This liquid herbal set comes packaged in a sealed, giftable sturdy box. The presentation is good. Both the manufacture and expiration dates are printed on the back of the box. It is shelf stable and does not require refrigeration, which is convenient. Overall, I'm pleased with this set. It is easy to use and works well. That being said, I still prefer raw/dried herbs but these come in handy in a pinch. Made in India.

Convenient way to quickly add spices to foods
Spice Drop Set of 6 Assorted Herb Extracts is a product of India and comes in a sealed carton of .17 ounce dropper bottles. The spice extracts include : Italian Seasoning, Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Black Pepper, and Garlic. These are well labeled little glass bottles and the spice extracts smell wonderful. They do not need to be refrigerated and do not contain any synthetic colors, flavors or preservatives. This is a clever way to add spice to foods that don’t require cooking time. I use a lot of spices in my vegan cooking. All of these spices, in regular form, are in my pantry and are routinely used especially in my slow cooker recipes. However, there are times when a quick dash of flavor is needed in sauces, gravies, prepared foods, etc. These drops are a convenient way to add that bit of needed flavor. They blend easily and evenly. I added a some to a can of plain tomato sauce and turned it into a tasty pasta topping.A pamphlet comes in the box that gives equivalents as well as use and recipe ideas. A little goes a long way. The expiration date on the box that I received is 21 months in the future. The small bottles take up minimum room and are a good choice to have on hand for quickly enhancing foods.

Natural but not up to the mark
I've quite a lot of experience with original vanilla pods so I'll tell you that this is certainly made of natural vanilla. That said, I will give it only 3 stars and I'm also sure most people will not like this because (a) It's clear that the beans used to make this are of relatively low quality, and (b) The average person's idea of what vanilla smells like is substantially different from what vanilla REALLY smells like. The low quality of beans is what ensures that the price of this extract is so low - my estimate is that 20ml of extract would've taken at least 7-8 pods which would cost Rs. 1200-1500 or more at normal retail prices - this extract costs Rs. 400).My suggestion is that the average person should stick to the vanilla essence from the corner grocery store/Big Bazaar.

Best way to spice up flavoured buttermilk
Really amazing product , it is enhancing buttermilk taste beyond expectations ..Coming back to preservatives added i don't think those will create health issues in future if we use regularly , this i am writing after consultimg nutritionists and ayurveeic experts , as per their feed back very nature of ingredients used in combination with salt and buttermilk completely eliminating negative impacts of preservatives used .In dat case this.product will not get approved food licence ..

Exteremly bad product
It's a sheer wastage of money. First this product was delivered after 2 weeks of order. 2nd it's just a sugar syrup with no taste. I almost spent 25% of liquid worth 100 bucks) for 1 glass of milk shake and still there was no trace of vanilla. Keep your hands miles away from this and spend your money wisely somewhere else.

Does not smell like Vanilla!
I have used other vanilla extracts before and this doesn't smell like vanilla at all! The bottle or the packaging is not sealed though it comes in an interesting box. And it is too costly for the amount. Feel cheated.
