I have been using this supplement for many years now,Also it’s in some of my pre workout supplements I usually cycle my 3 favorite pre workout’s supplements which I find it helps to switch things up and the two that don’t have this I always add a scoop of this and Creatine if it doesn’t have it and after workouts I will add this and Creatine to my after workout juice and this Supplement is also good for you as well as it can be made from Beets.

Got it instead of some high blood pressure medicine, but this treatment didn’t work for me.

This product definitely works but it makes me almost vomit every time I drink it- it’s disgusting. Have tried mixing it with everything and nothing helps. Trying to mask the flavor just makes it worse! Not sure if it’s a betaine anhydrous thing in general or just this brand.

I purchased this as part of my David Sinclair anti- aging protocol with the knowledge that this assist the liver in so many ways. You can do some research on that. However my husband loves it because it seems to help him sleep really well at night. So I bought it for the protocol but wind up loving it because of the benefit of having a great night’s sleep.

Works great, makes you feel happy and can help detox the liver. Take with b vitamins to methylate them :)
