Is the infrared heat safe to use?

Yes, it’s safe and uses low EMF heating panels for a gentle, therapeutic experience.

How does an infrared sauna differ from a traditional sauna?

Infrared saunas heat your body directly at lower temperatures, making them more comfortable than traditional saunas.
