Neat design but not 15W !
I bought this because it was rated at 15W and because it looked high quality, even the price was a lot more than average 10W wireless chargers.Well, it certainly met my expectation in quality, solidly made and nicely designed, with an embossed logo on top, surrounded by a rubber ring to stop phone from slipping off. However, it was rather disappointing in charging speed. Compared to my 15W original Samsung charging stand, using the same cable and Samsung fast charge brick, and tested on Samsung Note20 Ultra and S22 Ultra, the MOSHI is about 25% slower. So I do not believe it is a genuine 15W charger, it is more like 10W. However, I am keeping it because it is also useful to charge earphones etc, and it is so neat and light that I can take it on travels.

Smart look and quality seems right for price
Smart, stylish and looks fine sat on the table next to sofa. Not being black and plastic and generally tech in nature is what I was looking for. Also was recommended by a tech reviewer so despite the price I gave it a go. Works great. Just drop phone on it and it charges. Magic!

Charges through OtterBox Defender protective case
The big question for wireless chargers: will they charge through a protective case? My OtterBox case is the thickest they make, and this charger connects through it with no problem. Of course the phone must be more or less centered on the charger, but not to any finicky precise degree. The product must be robust, as I've all too often knocked it off the table onto a wooden floor, but it still works flawlessly.

good
Evidently, when I ordered I received two different versions of the Otto Q, even though they were in the same packaging. The Model numbers were different. 99MO022219 is the 15W version, whereas 99MO022211 is 10W version. They are packaged the same, instructions the same, look identitical and both named Otto Q. You can only tell the difference if you read the bottom of the pad to see the different model numbers and the max output. I had an issue where the 211 was giving me the consistent "breathing" LED pulses when charging, but the 219 was giving me a breathing LED followed by two quicker LED pulses (I'll call it 1+2 LED pulses) while charing. When connected into a non-QC/PD port, 219 did give me the consistent "breathing" LED pulse like the 211, though. The company sent me a replacement for the one (219) I thought was broken because of 1+2 LED pulses and it was another 219. I didn't realize the model number differences since I ordered two from here at the same time. The new replacement 219 did the same 1+2 LED pulses. So, I'm going to presume that that is what is supposed to happen when quick charging, given that plugging into a non-QC/PD port gives me the steady breathing LED. Given that 211 specs, I'm going to say it doesn't quick charge, so ensure you are getting the correct model, which is the 99MO022219 max output 15W. Anyway, Moshi confirmed the 10W only regular charges, so only gives the steady LED breathing pulse. The 15W if PD fast charging, gives the LED breathing pulse plus two quick pulses. The 15W if not fast charging, in a non-PD port, it will give the steady LED breathing pulse.
