Q: Is skin grip sweat proof? I work out 4 times a week in a boot camp style class, I currently use tegaderm but tegaderm is not sweat proof.

If you are highly active and sweating a lot we recommend using skin tac in addition to skin grip for an additional layer of adhesive!

Q: Does patch seal the sensor from water damage? The sensor should not be deeper than 3ft. Hope patch changes that?

I tried several options before I got Skin grip. I lost 4 sensors along the way. Skin grip is the only one that stayed on the full 2 weeks, the edges did not curl up, & water didn't affect it. No problem scanning thru the patch. They are a little more expensive but are totally worth it

Q: Can i cover the center hole on freestyle libre 2? does the patch breathe?

Phillip - I ordered these and was given one by my Diabetic Education team to use with my first Libre 2 device. I have used them since and had no issues. I'm also not great about getting it on straight and had no issues with the device reading correctly or any other issues. Hope that helps you.

It’s not suppose to be changed until your sensor expires.
