Does one side of this holder hold 112 UNO cards?

No Sir. This is made for normal playing cards. It’s not deep enough to hold 112 uno cards.

Does the 2 pack comes with two trays?

Hi, we sell a single not a 2 pack. So you receive on tray.

will a 2 deck card tray handle 3decks of cards

We use it for the game hand and foot, and it holds 6 decks pretty well. We also use the hand crank card shuffler, they sell on Amazon, and it works great. We got 2 of them for this 6 pack of cards game.
