Terrible Blades / Unsafe (& Zero Customer Support)
I bought these with high expectations. I had a 2600 mile road trip over the holidays and wanted new blades. For over a decade (best guess) I have bought Rain-X Latitudes for all my cars. I have absolutely no complaints about Rain-X, I just happened to see that Bosch had come up in several positive articles/reviews. I thought I would give them a try - boy was that a costly mistake. Over the course of that trip we dealt with rain (50% of the travel out and back) and snow / ice while we were there. The blades did an extremely poor job clearing/cleaning the window. The best way to describe it was that it was getting it 80% clean (at best) and leaving a layer of dirt on the window. The space in the middle of the windshield where the passenger and drivers side blade over lap was terrible. In heavy rain, it wasn't as noticeable, but after the rain let up was when it was bad. No matter how much washer fluid I used, it would not "clean" the window.During the course of that trip I tried wiping/cleaning the blades - no difference. This morning I finally gave up. We had a light snow last night and I had to drive 1.5 hours. While there was no rain/snow coming down, just 1.5 hours on a wet/salty interstate that required a lot of cleaning. These blades are just terrible, and with the passenger side 50% or more dirty I gave up. I got home and unloaded the car and then saw old Rain-X Latitude blades laying on the workbench so I put them back on. 5 seconds of washer fluid and a couple of wipes the windshield was pristine again. The age of these blades were 1 month on the vehicle. They are absolute junk and I believe it is safe to say that I have never owned a worse pair of blades (and paid so much). I'm hard pressed to even say that I've had an old pair of blades as bad as these - they simply don't clear / clean the windshield. Call me crazy - but when I drive I like to be able to see, these blades clearly are just bad, or I got two very defective blades. I in no way am affiliated with Rain-X, but those Latitudes while pricey are spectacular. I'm guessing the ones I took off are a year old and they are far superior to the Bosch. The only way they are 40% longer life is if the expected life is measured in hours.Update: I reached out to Bosch for support on these windshield wipers. I was not able to get them replaced. Additionally, Bosch support never even bothered to respond (2 weeks now). The only positive was that I did discuss this with Amazon Customer Support and they offered to take the product back even thought I didn't have any of the original packaging. I then did what I should have done from the start - I ordered the Rain-X blades that I have always used in the past. Put those new blades on - worked as I anticipated they would. 5 stars to Amazon, zero to Bosch.

Audi & VW need Clear Max 365
For those with newer VW or Audi vehicles, I got down to the bottom of the issue. I called Bosch and apparently there are two packages for the 24OE, only the one with the gray shield and the phrase "Clear Max 365" written over it (See Photo) contains the extra adapters needed for the newer VW and Audi vehicles.Actually, I noticed with the 19OE I bought, the description says 'only use Clear Max 365 for VW'. When I got my 19OE it did in fact come with the gray shield on the front and the extra adapters so that one fits okay. I ended up getting a refund for my 24OE and am in the process of figuring out how to ensure I get the right one.I spoke with Amazon and they said they don't see a way to ensure the product is a "Clear Max 365" so they suggested maybe going to a local retailer but I might also try another product on Amazon if it has Clear Max 365 in the description.

Function & Form. The only wipers I use on my cars.
I have used the Bosch Icons on all of my cars since they hit the market years ago. Like a lot of people. I have been through many different brands and types of wipers, but I find that these Icons give me the overall performance I am looking for. I change the windshield wipers on my cars every year at the end of the summer, because I live in the central valley, ca where summers are in the triple digits and the air is fairly dry. So summers take a toll on the wipers rubber. I have never had any problems with Bosch Icons. Every pair that I have purchased have been great and performed well. I stick with these because they just have a lot of attributes that other wipers do not have. These wipers are frameless so they hug the contour of the windshield instead of just sitting on top of the windshield which can leave lines of water on the windshield. They perform very well at high speeds. With some wipers aerodynamics wasn't taken into account, so what happens is at high speeds the wipers begin to lift ever so slightly away from the windshield loosing their ability to remove all the water from the windshield efficiently. With the design of these Bosch Icons though. They are pushed into the windshield at high speeds so you dont loose performance. These also do not cause any wind noise at high speeds. The sleek design of these just looks great. Most importantly these wipers just do a fantastic job at moving every dropping of water off of the windshield. I recommend picking these up and some of the RainX Washer Fluid additive. The additive makes the water bead up on the windows and makes it easier for the wipers to completely remove it. The Icons work great with out it, but the additive just make them that much better

Excellent performance, easy install
I put these on my 2017 F-150 because the Ford dealer replacements juddered and squeaked across the windshield unless it was a heavy rain. The old dealer wipers (they were not Ford brand) came off with only a bit of a struggle, then the new Bosch Icons went on in seconds. If you need to, you can watch a YouTube video to show you how to remove the old ones, or install the new ones. About the easiest install I have ever done ... no assembly of adapters — just install right out of the box. So far they are performing perfectly. As expensive as the Icons are, I will expect long life and continued good cleaning from them. If not, I will so report through an update.

**Driver's side 2003 4runner blade**
**Driver's side 2003 4runner blade**Works exactly as it should with no sound or streaking. The other reviewers who complain about these blades need to replace their wiper arm springs which pull the wiper towards the windshield. If this spring is old there is not enough tension for the blade to be flush against the windshield. This causes vibration, sounds, and streaking. For me these wipers work perfect.
