Q: Is the product treenut free. there was no place to see ingredients! would sell more with full product disclosure

I believe it is treenut free. It is made with chocolate, a delicate crunchy crepe (that would be flour), caramel and obviously sugar. I ate all mine so I don’t have a box to look at. They are delicious!

Q: Does this taste exactly as Maxim's?

I have never had Maxins but these Gavottes are delicious!!!!

Q: How many cookies are in the box?

I do not currently have a box on hand, but I purchased the large black metal box that contains both dark and milk chocolate crepes. There were quite a few, and they are delicious. The metal box probably contains 3-4 times as much as the smaller paper box. I believe the smaller paper box is also available, which contains enough crepes for a couple of dinner parties for 6-8 people assuming you are serving them with coffee or tea versus as the sole dessert.
