Exactly as described! Weighted aromatherapy crescent shaped neck wrap in a well made removable cover! Feels kinda velvety against my skin. Fits evenly over my shoulders and across my neck. Perfect amount of weight evenly distributed throughout the pillow. I plan to put it in a spa warmer for use throughout the day. Retains heat nicely and fully coves my neck and shoulders. Easy to use and maintain. Wonderful scent and definitely not overpowering at all. Very calming especially when heated up. Definitely recommend and the price is quite reasonable for the quality of the product!

Nice warm moist heat! The size and shape contours your neck and shoulders well. The size is perfect, not too big or small. It has a weight to it which is very relaxing and comforting. If you’ve ever heard of weighted blankets, it’s a similar feeling. I bought this one because one reviewer said that the multiple divided pockets help keep everything evenly distributed. So true! The scent is subtle, pleasant and non-allergenic for me. It takes about 2 minutes in the microwave to warm. I’m going to ditch my “moist” electric heating pad for sure! Highly recommend this one!

My go-to neck wrap every morning. I've bought this twice and love it. My only complaint is that the second order arrived with a hole at the seam and the filling was coming out. Just fixed it with a few stitches with my thread and needle. Still, shouldn't happen at all. Hopefully just a fluke.

I have ordered 3 of these so far - Love It! Have ordered other brands - they don't match up. This one smells very good (lavender with a bit of mint - therapuetic but not overwhelming, reminds me of my favorite yoga studio:). The fabric is soft and comfy! The weight of the wrap is just right. The contoured form and seams keep everything in place, whether on my shoulders, or draped elsewhere. First one did get a small leak - but that was my fault. Likely overheated it, or it may have gotten something on it in the microwave that caused small area of damage... now I place on a clean plate to heat. I heat for 2 minutes, and then add smaller increments if I want more heat (depends on your microwave of course). 2nd one was happily "stolen" by my mother-in-law, so I recently bought a 3rd. Perfect for relaxation, sore muscles, and of course warmth! Winters are cold here... I take it to bed with me, and it helps with morning drive to work. Also love using it to walk the dogs - I just place it over my shoulders, under my jacket, and it stays in place:). Will be ordering more soon as gifts!

Heat the neck wrap in the microwave & use the handles to tie around my neck. Or sometimes I use it on my back in a U shape with the bottom of the U on my lower back & the “arms” going up on either side of my back. It is soothing for both my neck or my back!

This is nice, it lays flat and gets warm. However I think bc it’s spread out it doesn’t keep warm for very long. Compared to my old round one at least. Sending back and trying again.

I love this product, the smell makes you feel relaxed and sleep better, so far I've just used it hot and is really great relieving the muscular ache...
