Absolutely amazing!!!
My son is a high rise window washer and does Brazilian jiu jitsu, so he is always hunched over whether it’s from his harness pulling his shoulders down for 8+ hours a day or grappling at the gym. Needless to say, for a 26 year old, his posture is terrible due to it, and he’s always in pain whether it’s his back or shoulders. Heating pads never work, nsaid’s are a waste of pills that do nothing so why bother taking medication that don’t work? He gets this in the mail and starts rolling around the problem areas and while it looked like he was in pain, it’s massaging deep in the tissue. Unlike a foam roller, its able to target specific areas and he can pin point the problem areas to massage and get to hard to reach areas that regular foam rollers just can’t get to like upper biceps and your traps. After 20 minutes of massaging the areas. He stood up and his muscle pains, while not fully gone, were knocked down TREMENDOUSLY! And this is just after the first use. He’s so excited to continue using it because it’s only uphill from here. I know this is a drawn out review, but I absolutely recommend this to anyone with muscle pains. It will sincerely help.

While this foam ball is expensive, it has saved me...
I need a certain size foam ball for rolling out my upper traps and neck. This thing saves me from excruciating headaches. You might ask, why so much for a foam ball? It's a good question. This ball has the right amount of pressure and density for rolling out my muscles. I have multiple - one for home and one for work. It's worth the investment.

Excellent firm, larger size stretch ball
Excellent larger size for spot treatment. I find it to be much more effective than a tennis ball size for psoas or larger muscle pinpoint loosening.

Good product
Good size and reduces tightness when I roll on my entire back or legs

Helps me to release tight over-tense muscle without going for a massage
My personal trainer at the gym has me use one of these, so I got one to use at home. It is surprising how much pain can be in the shoulder or neck, hip, scapula or back; but rolling your weight against this ball finds those tender spots and it “hurts so good” to iron out those knots. Afterward the muscle is warmed up and it is easier to stretch and exercise. I think it is a pretty good way to help manage body aches and pain. Having said that, I do think it is overpriced, but I bought it because it was the brand my trainer uses, and the 5” size is what he specified.

Best SMR tool I have, especially for legs and TFL.
I’m a personal trainer, and I love this ball. I ise it every day at night while watching TV. I mostly use it on my quads and the TFL area (which runs from the hip joint down to your knee on the outside of your leg). It has made a great difference in hip pain relief. I have a firm mattress, so I just roll around on it over the comforter while watching TV, pausing on the tender spots (knots, adhesions) for 30 secs or much longer while the underlying muscles start to twitch and jump, letting me know it is working and untangling those connective tissues. I’ve noticed a huge difference in how the whole area feels from my hips to my knees.

Best massage tool I own!
I like it just as much as my TriggerPoint brand orange full size foam roller I have & use every day! I might even like it more for certain body parts like legs, hamstrings, calves, IT band, glutes, upper back, etc. If you like foam rolling you will love this product. It gets in deeper & more precise (pinpoint) than the foam roller can! I am recommending it to everyone I know who's into deep tissue/ active release products/ techniques & anyone who has tight muscles & pain like I do. A "must buy" product & probably the best quality foam massage ball you can buy. Definitely worth the price for its effectiveness & craftsmanship/ quality. I bring it with me when I travel even due to its compact size :)

Lifesaver for sciatica, knees, glutes and related.
Was having some sciatica / leg injury pain so bad I couldn't run for a month - too much pain and stiffness in the right leg. After using this to massage all over the lower back, groin/pelvic muscles, glutes, thighs for weeks along with yoga - my issues have subsided 80-90% and I can run miles no problem again. Improper leg weight lifting and stretching too soon after weights most likely caused the original injury so be very careful starting out with weights and keep at-least maybe 2 hours+ between weights and stretching. Study the videos on how to massage with this and you'll be healing / recovering from scar tissue, trigger points, and related in no time! Also great for the entire back.

Design & Finish Issues
Light-weight and portable, good density levels, looks cool but somewhat frustrating/unsatisfying to use and all the branding peeled off leaving sticky glue patches

Amazing for tight glutes.
I have really tight glutes and was doing ok with foam rollers. I saw a physiotherapist on Youtube recommend this so thought I'd give it a try (the 5" one). Oh. My. Goodness. I don't think I've bothered with a foam roller for glutes since. It's amazing. I just bought the 2.5" one to see what that's like.

Perfect for releasing my shoulder
I get a tight and rolled forward shoulder from using my computer mouse a lot. I love using this to release my pec minor by doing reverse snow angels which really helps unlock the shoulder
