Are there any differences in flavors/texture of the golden oolong flavor between "ito en tea" and the "tea's tea" versions?

Yes, The Itoen Teas are a little stronger ,created for the Asian palate. American prefer a softer lighter flavor profile. My personla favorite is the rich dark Green that says BOLD on it .slightly bitter. However, the Oolong jasmine has rich profile too without the bitterness.

Does this tea have citric acid as the preserver? Most processed teas in America have citric acid which adds a bitter taste.

I buy the tea for my son. I looked on the ingredients label and it says "ascorbic acid" (which is Vit C). Not sure if that is the same or not. Hope this helps.
