No more upset stomach!
I've tried a few different Vitamin D3 supplements over the years, and this is one of the few that doesn't upset my stomach. Softgels and gel capsules have bothered me in the past, but these small solid yellow tablets are easy to swallow and have never caused me any issues. The price is comparable to other brand name supplements, and they have zero after taste. I take one every day with a meal that contains some healthy fats and carbs, and it's become an easy part of my daily routine. If you've had trouble with other Vitamin D supplements causing stomach discomfort, this one is definitely worth trying. It's been reliable, gentle on my stomach, and exactly what I was looking for.

Ich habe mich dazu entschlossen Vitamin D3 probehalber zu sublementieren, da ich in den Wintermonaten etwas träge bin und berufsbedingt nicht ausreichend an die frische Luft komme. Da ich die Solgar-Produkte qualitativ ansprechend finde, entschied ich mich also für dieses Produkt. Nach einigen Wochen spürte ich schon etwas mehr Energie über Tag zu haben und weniger Antriebslos zu sein. Auch fühle ich mich etwas positiver gestimmt. Dies kann natürlich auch Kopfsache sein, aber es hat eine positive Wirkung auf mich, was es legitimiert es weiter zu nehmen. Es ist natürlich nicht so, dass ich einen Sprung im Wohlbefinden verspüre. Das sollte man aber natürlich auch nicht erwarten. Über die Frühlings und Sommermonate wende ich das D3 jedoch nicht an, da die Tage dann genug Sonne liefern und dies durch einen kleinen Spaziergang in der Mittagspause und am Abend locker ausreicht.
