No, this stuff will not bleach your skin. It's a very thin light-weight moisturizer. It contains perfume and citric acid, neither of which is good for anyone's skin. If you're are looking for a moisture barrier that is actually good for your skin, no matter what color it is, I would advise you to buy CeraVe Moisturizing Cream. I like the one with the pump. Not sure about that. The bottle doesn’t have any info about this, but I would not use it on kids as it is for lightening the skin. Which might be a bit harsh on kids’ skin.
