I'm new to watersports. Got an Airhead tube and ski rope, was wondering what this was for and if I needed it. When I got everything from Amazon, I put it together with my boat, yes I did need this! Very easy to quickly connect and disconnect my single person tube from the rope. I wish I would've bought another one to connect the rope to my tow harness. The only problem I have with it, and maybe this is just me, or the tube, or how I'm using it, but the plastic quick connect part is pretty heavy for a piece of plastic. When my kids are on the tube, it makes the rope sag and this plastic part skips in the water about 2 feet in front of the tube. It sprays water in their faces non stop. They wear goggles or a mask usually. Maybe I don't know what I'm doing or they are just too light weight to put enough tension on the rope to keep it out of the water. It's worth it though because if I had to untie a knot every time I disconnected the tube from the rope, I would go crazy.

This is the second time I've purchased this item after years of regular use. If you regularly switch between skiers, wakeboarders, tubers, or other ropes, this is a real convenience to quickly switch them out while reducing tight bends that accelerate wear. At this price, try it. You won't be sorry.

Nice to have extra quick connect for tubes you pull behind boats. We have a large tube that can be pulled from either end and having this allows me to not have to take the quick connect off one end to move it to the other end. The construction matches exactly the materials and color of the tube harness. This unit could also serve as a quick connect for any tube that doesn't have a quick connect point.

Amazing. I can attach it to the tow point and leave it there. Then just connect the long tow rope to it. Save me alot of time and headache.

I didn’t realized that tubes that can be switched to chariot style did not come with quick attachment. I noticed that quick attachment is only for the front and not the back of most versatile tubes. This made switching riding positions very simple and quick. This item is well built and highly recommend it.
