Organic Chia Seeds

I really like these Organic Chia Seeds! The seeds are fresh, clean, and taste great in smoothies, oatmeal, or overnight pudding. I also appreciate that they come in a sturdy plastic container instead of a bag — it seals well and is much easier to scoop from and keeps everything neat and fresh. I do wish it came with a little scoop. The quantity lasts a long time, and the quality is consistently excellent. Great value for organic chia seeds — I’ll definitely be buying this again!

I picked up the BetterBody Foods Organic Chia Seeds to add into my daily routine, and now they’re one of those things I reach for all the time. The 2-pound container is plenty, and even with me using them almost every day, it lasts a while. The seeds are fresh and clean. If I eat them dry, they have a nice little crunch, and when I soak them in almond milk they turn into the perfect chia pudding texture. What I really like is how many different ways I can use them. They disappear right into my smoothies, they sit nicely on top of yogurt and oatmeal, and they even work as an egg replacement in baking. There’s no strange aftertaste and they don’t clump up, so it feels effortless to add them into whatever I’m making. The resealable bag keeps them fresh and easy to store. I also appreciate that they are organic and non-GMO, and I’ve noticed they keep me feeling fuller when I add them into breakfast. For the size, the quality, and how simple they are to work with, I’d say this bag is a great value and something I’ll keep buying.

I ground this up and put in my yogurt. It’s a good value. I also add whole to a glass of water let it sit for about 45 min drink. With that said my blood sugar readings have become more stable and my cholesterol has gone down. I drink it twice a day.
