Can the lego creator expert winter holiday train be equipped with the lego power function train motor 88002?

Hi there, You can use the LEGO Power Functions Train Motor 88002 on the LEGO Winter Holiday Train 10254, but you'll need more Power Functions. To get the train moving, you'll also need the LEGO Power Functions AAA Battery Box 88000 or LEGO Power Functions Rechargeable Battery Box 8878. To control the train (remotely), you'll need the LEGO Power Functions IR Receiver 8884 and LEGO Power Functions IR Speed Remote Control 8879. I hope that helps! Kind regards, Sybe.

Are the tracks from 60051 compatible with this set?

Hi there! Yes, the tracks from 60051 High-speed Passenger Train will be compatible with the tracks from 10259 Winter Village Station. Happy building, Emily LEGO® Service

Hi there, thanks for your question. The Winter Holiday Train can be purchased separately as set 10254. This set only includes the Winter Village Station. Kind regards, Keith, LEGO Service.

I understand this won't go with the older 9 volt Lego trains, but would it look nice if it was just set next to the tracks?

Hi there! Since the tracks and trains from that time are the same scale as this, they should look A-Okay together. - Emily, LEGO® Customer Service
