I loved the idea of the size of the book as it was small and easy to read. I just wish the information inside the book was more detailed and factual. In each section it would explain in very basic detail of one piece of information and then go on to say that the subject would go on to be explained in further chapters, but the other chapters never came. It would leave me curious, as the information was started but not finished. The information was very very vague and basic. I felt that you could spend two seconds on a quick google search to find the same information as in this book. If anything I got from this book, it was to keep up my positivity up and keep going.

I totally love this book. It has helped me to understand more about PCOS and how to change my lifestyle of how I eat and think towards myself. So greatful someone made a book that I can relate to.
