Does this only work for shaving, or how well does it work for irritation/bumps after plucking?

I use this under my arms and bikini area after shaving. I have no idea about plucking. It's the only product I use and it works great.

It does not work for irritation bumps after plucking. It does work for bumps after shaving or bumps such as acne.

How do i apply to ingrown hair that i already have on my legs? do i need a brush?

It's to pervert ingrown hair. I don't think it works on an already ingrown hair. Anyway just pour some on your hands and tap it to your skin or pour some on a cotton pad and apply it to your skin. It burns btw after you shaved
