Please Please!! DON’T BUY!!! It’s a waste of your time and money. Add a little more money and get something worth it.

The ad is misleading and actual item is completely and totally different from what advertised.
Items received were totally and completely different from what were advertised, the size, design, brand, capacity and everything. Very disappointing purchase indeed.It doesn't deserve 1*. If there was ZERO or negative rating i would give that.

Good Diffuser
Good enough for the price you pay and works well. Water capacity is good enough to last and has automatic shut off function if water runs out. These are good for indoor use in summers with ACs always running in GCC weather conditions otherwise you will make the room all smoky and full of humidity. Also if you want to really benefit from the Aroma diffusion part from the use of this product, buy good oils otherwise you will eventually end up pumping only humidity to your surroundings. You can find good oils without having to pay with a foot and an arm from the market. Amazon has some pricey Aroma Therapy oils for sale, which if you can afford work really well. Hope my review will be helpful.

User manual not in English available, European adapter so basically useless in UAE
This product comes without an user manual in English, but more important, the adapter included is a European one. So basically useless here in the UAE.I need to admit, after re-reading the not formatted product description blob at the bottom of the pate, all the way at the end it does say '1 x Adapter (EU Standard) included'. But to be honest this should have been made more clear if you sell on the local amazon.ae platform.

Doubt the originality ! Works ok
Its been in use since a week. So far so good..but doubt whether it is from VisTsing as no stamp/ logo anywhere on the product/ manual.delivered in a plain cardboard box

Not original brand
It’s not the original brand but looks like a generic copy. Nevertheless it looks good and works well. The tank capacity is definitely not 300-400ml as written on the manual. It was full after adding 150ml water. However in 1 hour the bedroom was full of aroma and it took 3 hours to diffuse aroma in our living and ding room.
