I am not sure if this is the right consistency of the conditioner but I have a watery one. I tried to apply on my bag but it seems the bag is still the same.

My Experience I put this product to the test on three different leather items to see how well it worked: A pair of old, light tan leather boots that were looking really dry and had some scratches. I let it sit for about 15 minutes to fully absorb. Finally, I took a second, clean cloth and buffed the leather to finish it off.
