Does the 3.4 oz come in glass bottle?

Yes mine is glass so this should be as well. I ordered the “cellulite” looks exactly the same just different label. I also ordered the sample size 10 pack of “arnica massage oil” and they are glass as well. Ordered April 2021.

is this a homeopathic product?

Yes. According to the box it is certified natural product. The ingredients are all flowers or plants. I highly recommend it. It really helps with sore muscles and aching feet in particular. It smells good without being overpowering.

what percentage of this oil is actually arnica oil?

I myself am not sure. However, I can tell you this. Because of a serious muscle problem in my shoulder I had tried everything on the market in the USA including prescription products without any relief from the muscle pain. While in France I stopped in a pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacist explaining the reason for the pain and where it was. She handed me Weleda. She said to use it sparingly, the pleasant order will leave in ten minutes and your pain will be relieved and the product will not stain your clothing. Twenty minutes after applying, the pain was gone. I have used this product for ten years for various muscle pains.
