Workington Portable Carpenter Metal Tool Box with Latch, Small Parts Box, Sockets Storage Box Organizer 4002 Black

This is a cute little box for small storage. It is small and not for heavy items. I use it for misc. screws and bolts. Perfect for my purposes. My husbands calls our “magic box” because we always find what we need in there.

I live in a few different places throughout the year. I bought this box to carry keepsakes in during my travels. And I love royal blue. Good quality box. Would it keep thieves out? Who knows. It’s just the size I needed. Hold a lot of small things. I recommend

It’s a great little tool box which I have purchased as a Christmas gift for our future son-in-law along with a 90 degree right angle die grinder. I had some tool box liner left over from a tool box I had recently purchased for my wife as she as all of her own tools. I like the size of it and that has all spot welded construction. I only wish it would have included an all metal handle to match the metal handle mounts. This is my reason for 4⭐️Rating on sturdiness and durability as I don’t know if that could be a problem in the future as it won’t be mine to use so I can’t say what uses it will get and go through. I know plastics now days are fairly tough so I hope that he will never have a problem with it and that it will last him a lifetime and be passed on. My only reason for a 4⭐️ rating on the value for the money is it was I thought slightly high and everyone always wish that anything that they purchase would be a little bit less but all in all I fo think this is a nice tool box and think that many people could have a nice use for it. It would be nice to see the company offer it in maybe black and red at a reduced rate and then offer it in other colors at a slightly higher price as I think there could be a market for them but that’s a decision for them to make. To those of you out there consider one of these nice well made tool boxes for someone you know as a nice Christmas gift. I got this to organize my BII in my track.With this i have easy access to all but my largest tools. Wish it were longer but thats on me for not measuring.Will not fit 12 inch screw driver

I was pleased with the box the moment I unpacked it. The gauge of steel is fairly thick. This is notone of those flimsy, cheap boxes. It's well made. The paint job looked good. The hinge for the lid is tight and works well. The handle is plastic but seems plenty strong. I believe I'll be buying more of these.

I was looking for a small toolbox to hold a few hand tools I infrequently use in the house.The toolbox seems very well constructed and sturdy. I was also impressed by the paint finish.The size was exactly what I needed, and I could not be happier.This toolbox will probably last the rest of my lifetime.

After figuring out how to open the handle to our garage, my dog got into my van and helped himself to the granola bars stored in a plastic box. I replaced the plastic box with a zippered cooler bag - which slowed him down a little because he had to drag the bag out of the van in order to demolish the zipper and have a feast. Now I'm getting serious! I really doubt that he will have the dexterity in his paws to open this box or the strength in his jaws to pierce it. (And there's a place for a lock if it comes down to that!)It's a good size - it holds a reasonable number of granola bars and it fits easily behind the seat.

Got this to put valuable stuff in there.Needed fire proofing so I ordered some Kao-wool.Cut this to fit top/bottom and sides.Worked out great!.Inside should be safe for any normal fire if that happens.Lot cheaper than order a fire proof safe or storage box.
