Je suis dans la restaurant tradi, je lutilise tout les jours et je coupe toute sorte de choses avec! Bon couteau, faible poids, lame qui coupe bien , et tres solide! Petit bémol la poignet du couteau nous oblige a le tenir dune autre maniere que mes couteaux normaux.
