Q: If I store the bottle on its side, does it leak? My fridge shelf won't fit anything taller than 10 inches

I just put mine in the door, but you don’t need to refrigerate this to make cold brew. You can brew on your counter.

Q: Can I make cold brew tea with this? or is the teapot version better for tea?

We have both tea and coffee versions and they're awesome, I love the styling. The coffee version should work for both (the tea one would not). However, for tea (and coffee too) my husband and I find we want a bigger glass or multiple glasses and these wine bottle style only holds 2-3 glasses before you need to review. We've gone up to the Hario pitcher version (still glass but 1 or 1.2L vs 0.6L and footprint barely larger). If you wait the brew time, why not have a tad more. We're also totally hooked on picked camomile and mint leave cold brew, delicious!

Q: Can you make concentrated cold brew or is it designed to just make regular coffee that doesn't have to be diluted?

It's a fixed dilution based on the amount of coffee that can be loaded into the filter and the necessity for it to be in contact with the water all the way to the top.

Q: Can I use 200°f hot water for this bottle?? Thanks!

Yes and no. The glass bottle is rated for hot water, but the plastic filter is not. Using hot water with the filter will damage and warp the filter.
