This product makes a lot of statements about how each ingredient improves different aspects of your health. I like that detail provided in their ad. However, I have used this product now for about 21 days (not yet the 30 days mentioned in the ad to see changes), and I do not as yet see much difference in how I feel with the exception of digestion. It has been an impressive help in the digestion department anecdotally, starting after only a few days of use. I struggle with constipation, and this has (anecdotally) brought about an impressive improvement in regularity. As far as taste, etc., it is just fine in my coffee, which is how I use it every morning. The taste is fine, not offensive in any way, and it dissolves well. If I start seeing other improvements in how I feel, I'll update.

My smoothies contain over 20 ingredients so the taste didn’t bother me but I was never crazy about the taste in my coffee. After comparing the labels I noticed Fun Earth’s product also contains approx 400-800% more mg per serving of varying mushroom extract than Sacred 7’s. More importantly, I can feel a difference. I also love the glass jars they come in and the brass and wood serving spoon they included. I’m sold on Fun Earth Co now!
