I take one full Tablespoon of this honey each morning and mix it with the juice of One Whole Large/Jumbo Sized Lemon. I also am a confirmed believer in Consuming: Green Tea (organic especially) taken without Sugar and/or Cream as part of a healthy diet. Amazon has a wide variety of these teas so one never gets tired of consuming Green Tea. The taste of Manuka Honey is pleasing to the palate and being one of the "Superfoods," this is a wonderful gift from Nature's Bounty. It is pricey, but well worth the Purchase. Overall, this person rates Manuka Honey from New Zealand as exceedingly: OUTSTANDING!

It’s the first thing that works on my Gerd/Lpr.. it nicely coats my throat and esophagus and takes away the burning instantly. It’s also not harmful like anti acids are in the long run. It tastes good too.!

Tasted great! My first impression of the taste was creamy, buttery, and the sweetness was much smoother than regular honey. Love the taste. The health effect was incredible. A quick energy booster and a much healthier digestive system, including a much stronger prostate. The health effect may differ from others', but for me, it is bordering on a miracle.
