A more raw, "green" tasting Chrysanthemum tea
I decided to buy this Chrysanthemum tea to see how it compared to the open flour GOARTEA Premium Huangshan GongJu tribute chrysanthemum tea. This tea is not quite as nutty, is a bit more astringent, and lacks the fragrance (both in taste and smell) compared to their other Huangshan GongJu chrysanthemum tea. I can't fault the tea as I think this is just the style of the tea and I prefer something else and I thought the quality and preservation was adequate. I think this tea might be preferred if you like more herbal, earthy, or astringent side of chrysanthemum teas.If you're looking for something more sweet, nutty, and fragrant I can whole-heartedly recommend GOARTEA's Huangshan GongJu tribute, however: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016Y17AQU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The best for tea
I make pots of chrysanthemum tea with goji berries every day for breakfast and lunch. Delicious, definitely cost effective buying it in an 8.i oz bag. I love the aroma as it seeps in the pot. The next time I buy more, I will opt for mailing it in a box instead of mailer bag because the buds would retains its shape when protected by the box. I've consistently bought GOARTEA Chrysanthemum Tea Flowers for the past 20 years. Highly recommend this product (no, I am not paid to do this review).

Excellent and truly Premium
Goartea makes my favorite chrysantemum tea buds. Tea buds and tea flowers are different things and are to be used in different ways. The buds you can just leave in the cup and it expands in body and flavor. Flowers tend to fall apart so use a tea ball or cheesecloth to hold them together. The flavor is perfect and you can tell they took care in the timing of picking these flower buds. A big thank you to the farmers who care. You make our lives so much better. As this is a Premium flower bud use it as such, not as a quick cup of tea. Premium flower buds are for taking your time and getting two cups out of each three or four buds. Go ahead and add a peach flower bud to it. Be happy. Feel your body react in the best of ways when you treat your body as the temple it is.

Buds won't fully open
I thought the flowers would open in the cup for beautiful presentation but they don't. If you want the large, fully opened flowers you need to look at the Gongfu tea ceremony ones that have the dried flowers already fully opened. This has a light Chrysanthemum flavor and it's nice to add to other teas, or put one in your cup to watch it float around. You get a lot. Lots of flower dust on the bottom of the package, delicate buds.

Absolutely the best!
I truly love the flavor, and tea was so good. I even ate some the flowers, while drinking the tea! Slightly bitter, but absolutely tasty! I think I want to find ways to be creative so that nothing will be wasted!

Just okay, disappointed though.
I had tried another brand of chrisanthemum loose tea and loved it. This one is much inferior. It has some buds that are dark and somewhat on the dank side. Came all the way from China, and I think they may have been in hot or humid temps. I have been drinking it, and it is ok, but not as nice tasting. I also can't see the healing effects on my eye congestion the way I could with the other ones (Chrysanthemum Loose Leaf Tea - Organic- Chinese Tea) The fetal buds don't seem to have the same energy or natural sweetness as the ones that have fully opened. I am drinking it mixed with some other herbs but am disappointed in the quality.

Good quality flowers
Enjoy the tea. Great quality to find and the flowers are clean and tight. Not much petals in the brew which is an indication of good quality. The flower tea is known to cool down heat, clear the minds and enhance eye sight. The brew is always slightly sweet and fragrant.

Drinking coloring
When you first put the hot water on it , the tea is yellow but gradually turning GREEN. How much coloring is there? Been drinking Chrysanthemum tea for a long time and this is the first time I see my tea turning green!!!!!! Scary and it is from China
