where is the hat made??

My hat was made in Bangladesh. That is just in case they make them else where.

i have ordered two of these caps from other sellers have received two wrong caps, can you assure me that i will get the one that is pictured ?

No, unfortunately it's not made in America. It really should have been. The tag inside says "Made in Bangladesh". My dad loves it though. It fits really well.

Can this hat be purchased in different sizes, or is one size fits all?

One size fits all. I have a big head, i.e., 7 7/8 - 8, and I was able to adjust the hat to easily and comfortably fit me.
