Whats the diference of the 21inch and one size?

I don't know what the one size is? I really liked my suitcase, it was lightweight and easy to pull. It has a zipper going around it so you can increase its size.

How do I unlock the suitcase for the first time?

There was instructions inside the suitcase. If I remember correctly, the starting combo was 000. Unlock it, then push and hold the release button and reset the combo to desired combo, then release the button. Combo is reset. Assuming I remember correctly. Good luck!

Does the bag tip over when another bag is placed on top?

Not usually, but it depends on the bad on top. Most of the time it is fine, and I have my computer bad on top and I am pulling/pushing both.
