I've been taking these raw probiotics for a few weeks now, and I've already noticed several positive changes. I've had gut issues for years, including constipation, diarrhea, and bloating. For my 11 year old daughter, this Probiotic has literally changed her life. From birth she has had different gastro/bowel issues. Colic, GERD, Acid Reflux, Chronic Constipation and finally IBS.
