I have loads of hair, but it's all quite thin and gets weighed down by most products, frizzes really badly with some others, or the product takes forever to wash out. This product both defined the curls AND tamed the frizz. It's not crunchy in the slightest and adds a natural looking, healthy sheen that doesn't look like a coat of gloss paint. It felt and looked natural when applied and when dry and even when I went to wash it out, but looked much better than my natural mess. It's also really easy to apply, I just rubbed a dollop between my hands then ran them through my hair and gave it a light scrunch before letting it air dry and it looked like I'd spent half an hour scrunching it. I'll be back for more for sure!

I’ve tried a lot of products for my curls and this is one of the better ones. Not heavy and makes really nice curls.

I use a grape size ball of balm on my hair after washing, spreading it into my palms before applying it to my hair. I focus more on the areas that tend to go frizzy such as the front sides. Until I wash my hair again I do not need to reapply, I simply dampen my hair in the morning and I’m good to go. If you use too much then your hair will go crunchy. If this happens, just add so water to your hair with your hands and this usually sorts it. If you haven’t used enough and your hair is frizzy then add a little balm to your palm and wet with water before applying to dry hair. If added correctly it shouldn’t look like you have anything on it and your hair should be soft. It smells nice too.

Honestly, who never used before, you must, should try it (if you have curly hair)!!!! I’m buying this product 3rd year! I've always had a problem with styling my curly hair, it always fluffed and curls fell apart. With this tool, your curls will be collected, as if they were laid in the salon.
