Since the shin is a bone close to the skin &the roller has a firm surface it would not be idea for a shin.

Der Massagestab hat eine sehr gute Verarbeitung und durch die Kugellager lässt er sich leicht rollen. Durch die Länge von 50 cm kann man auch gut die Muskeln/Faszien am Rücken "bearbeiten". Für mich war es ein guter Kauf.
