Good quality
I must say this is a very good quality liner, I don't really use the stamp part much but the liner is not dry and does not smudge. It is like any well known branded liners out there. Do not hesitate to purchase. I did purchase one and i loved it so I went for 2 more this time.

Its not really pigmented neither waterproof and the quality is acc low. Wouldn't recommend it at all.
