3 capsules as directed, way too strong. Felt drunk all day long. Never again! I now empty half of the capsule, and take the other half before bedtime. Helps me get to sleep quicker and easier! I would have given it 5 stars, except for take 3 directions, which is way too much!

I'm so happy with this product! I have hyperthyroidism and this stuff is already making a noticeable difference, I'm literally on day 2. I'm still mind blown. Went from no appetite, could go 2 days + without eating no problem before taking this lemon balm, to having a MASSIVE appetite wanting to eat everything. I cleared a FULL plate today and I mean a full plate....and I wasn't even full. I ate more. That's a huge deal for me. This appetite lasted me all day, I was catching myself get hungry and eating constantly and even a friend of mine was like woah you never eat like this LOL Usually I can only eat half a plate and I'm full for hoursss sometimes I'd only eat 1x a day if I did eat that day. Ever since my thyroid issues arised, I lost a ton of weight (60lbs in 3 months), got super skinny and lost the urge to eat. I'm relieved right now with this change alone. I've been desperate trying to find something that wasn't a drug from a DR.Sleep has improved a ton, I take 2-3 at night before bed and I'm out like a light a couple hours later, whereas before I'd be up all night.My mood has improved, anxiety/mood swings are improving. I'm big on herbal remedies, and love them, I steer away from pharmaceuticals, I refuse. This lemon balm brand specifically is the real deal, and the taste isn't bad at all. I'd 100% recommend this brand and seller!! Can't wait to use this longer and see what my lab results are. It's still way too early, but the noticeable differences in such a short amount of time for me, I had to share in hopes of helping another like me.I'm about to buy a few more bottles and will be stocking up in case this seller or brand discontinues. I will update a few months from now ☺️

I was so surprised when I started taking this products from this brand- to find that it actually helped with calming & sleep & mood & anxiety & depression. I didn't realize that lemon balm was so amazing, even though I had heard about it for years.After I took it daily for a month or two & discovered the amazing benefits, I bought it again but went with a different brand that was organic, thinking organic would be better. After a month or so on the new lemon balm from zazze, anxiety and depression etc came back.& eventually I realized that the new supplement wasn't working. So I just bought this Nature's Way lemon balm again & I was shocked to compare the two pills. If you look at the picture you will see that the Nature's Way is green, the way a herbal supplement from a leaf should be; but the other brand isn't green at all. The smell is also different; the Nature's Way 1 smells like herbs.Anyway, I just wanted to share this stuff actually works and even though it's not organic , it's probably pesticide-free... it definitely is fresh... It does say it's non-GMO... often companies don't pay the high fees for the organic labeling, which can be scammed anyway, but they still don't use pesticides. I am very sensitive to pesticides, so I feel certain these are pesticide free even if it's not labeled organicregardless , they work and I will be sticking with this brand.... Unless I can go find or grow some lemon balm which I know grows everywhere
