Homeopathic
What I loved about this product is that it's homeopathic. I was taking Zyrtec for my allergies and it was just knocking me for a loop even though I was taking it at night and found that I was having issues by taking the Zyrtec on a daily basis. With this product I can take one or two tablets within an hour of each other and it doesn't affect me at all. And I don't need to take it on a daily basis as well

These really work. Whenever I start having lots of congestion. I will take 1 tablet, then 1 approx. 30 mins later, then 1 every hour until I feel better. Usually only have to take between 3 to 6 before all symptoms are gone.

Not as Effective
I have been using Hyland's Sinus tablets, and those worked great. However, Hylands decided to stop manufacturing those. So looking for an alternative, I found the BHI tablets. The BHI are not dissolvable in your mouth. They must be taken with water. I do not notice as much relief of sinus congestion with these as I did with the prior brand. It may work better for different people.
