Is this only suppose to be used for 14 days? Or does that just mean that you get results in 14 days?

I think your supposed to see results in 14 days. Just know I did not and I compete and never saw a change in my hamstring area. It tingles and that’s it. I used it all afterwards because I bought it but I won’t purchase again. I hope this helps.
