The product cannot be returned , it can only be replaced with the same model.
This health faucet model should be avoided. The water jets out at a very high pressure and the flow cannot be controlled with the lever. The lever is just like a switch ‘on’ or ‘off’. The high pressure of the water and the wide arc of the spray splashes the water out of the toilet bowl. Moreover there is no option to return or ask for a change in the model of the faucet. The only option available is that it can be replaced with the same model. Unfortunately Amazon has not highlighted this aspect in the product description. I have wasted my money buying this product. Please avoid buying this model.
