when is oil applied into hair? Can you apply and style after application?

I wouldn't recommend that because it leaves your hair oily. You could after washing it out. You could apply it when ever you want I usually put it on before bed and wash it out in the morning. But it's ok to leave it on for an hour and then wash it out and style it as usual.

How often should I apply?

Once or twice a week...i did once a week because it takes two washes for it to completely come out of the roots. I also stopped applying it in the roots a few months later & did only halfway down my hair.

Is this a leave-in hair oil or does it need to be washed out? I am looking for a primarily almond based leave-in hair oil. Would you recommend this?

You need to wash it. I do leave it in overnight but it's very oily & it takes a couple of washes to completely come out.

Not real Almond oil

Its with strong flower smell. Nowhere its written that its scented. In addition, it has only a small portion of almond. It has coconut, sesame and vegetable oil. Its a waste for me now.
