I have two pairs, both used for an iPhone 7. Pairing is not instantaneous, but not too bad, probably about 7 seconds. The seal is good, making them near sound isolation earbuds. If wearing in situations requiring good situational awareness, I would suggest loosening them a little and not securing them snugly. Some people I know think the fit is not comfortable, but I haven't found this to be an issue. I get about 5 hours of use before recharging with about 10% remaining.

気に入って何台も使ってきたが、接触不良が発生しこちらで同じものを買いなおし商品が届いて、充電しようとしたが一向に充電が完了しない。丸一日くらい充電して、やっと充電ランプが消えた。Bluetooth接続をして、聞こうとしたがものの１０分程で「Battery Low」のメッセージが出て、そのままAuto Off　まったく使い物にならない。メーカーに修理交換を依頼したが、該当機種はもう交換在庫も無く、そもそも購入先がハーマンの正規代理店ではないので保証書があって保証期間であっても保証の対象にはならないとけんもほろろに断られました。気に入っていた機種なのですが非常に残念です。

Its been only two weeks I have this product, so consider it when reading my comment. The voice quality is good with respect to the price. Fits good in ears. Battery lasts pretty good. The only issue is that sometimes, the voice get intrupted for a second,Idk why. But totally 4 stars

I used them for almost 3 weeks now.They are a little bit big but you get used to them.The battery doesn't last too long, it should be enough for a few hours per day.The sound is not very loud, but at max volume it's very clear and you can't hear anything that happens around you.They don't fall easy from the ear, but still it may happen if you don't put them right.Overall I'm satisfied with them, I paid half the price on Black Friday ($50). Initially I wanted to buy Apple Airpods, but they're to expensive and JBL was much more accessible.
