Are these bits only for use with the tool handles, or can they be used in a drill?

They can be used with a drill I used them with my impact although I'm not sure if the bits are impact rated. Very useful for tight spaces. Tiny set of quality tools

Can anyone post the total weight of this item? It says 7 oz. in the product description,then 1 plus pounds in the shipping weight. Seems a tad light.
