Clean source of energy, can be added to any kind of coffee Or Tea, milk, black or espresso. When added to milk coffee, it gives a much creamier texture. Not to mention the dispensing mechanism, Easy to dispense in accurate quantities without drippings and leaks.

I have been using Sports research organic MCT oil for the past few weeks and love it. I have tried most of the other brands available on Amazon and I am giving this one a reorder. I love sports research products especially their d3k2, so I thought I would try their MCT oil and I am so glad I did. I really like the different color on the bottle as well, which helps it to stand out in the cluttered pantry. Having organic MCT oil is important to me and the sports research brand seems to check all the boxes and then some. It is absolutely tasteless and is an addition in my morning coffee, which helps stave off my hunger until at least noon. The MCT oil is competitive with the organic MCT oil competitors on Amazon in price, however I feel the quality is the best of all that I've tried so far.
