The mat doesn't roll at ends, and doesn't slip on tiles either. 10/10 would recommend.

A good mat, not slipping on the surface as well as underneath touching the ground while doing the exercise, definitely recommended...

The strongest cons is that it is quite slippery when your knees and palms sweat after some intensive fitness workout. Applied on a hard surface might be not soft enough for a heavier person. Doing pushups or staying on knees is not soft enough for staying limbs. The softness is compared to the same width more expensive competitor. If you are not heavy and don't sweat at all this might work for you. Otherwise buy a better one.

Eine schöne Matte, die vollkommen ihren Zweck erfüllt. Sie hat eine angenehme Länge und am wichtigsten: die Rutschfestigkeit. Auf ihr kann man jede Übung gut ausführen, ohne von einem zum anderen Ende des Zimmers zu rutschen. Sie ist relativ dünn, sodass man nicht einsinkt, aber dick genug, um keine Schmerzen beim Abstützen zu verspüren. Farblich und mit der Beschriftung finde ich sie sehr ansprechend und zum Sport motivierend. Zu Beginn riecht die Matte etwas künstlich, was aber bei den meisten neuen Sachen so ist. Es ist aber keinesfalls so schlimm, dass ich es als störend empfinden würde. Ich gehe auch davon aus, dass der leichte Geruch sich nach mehrmaliger Benutzung von selbst verflüchtigt.

I’m happy with this item! It arrived on time, is a perfect size mat for me (5’5” tall and medium build). This may might be to small for larger/taller people. It rolls up nicely, however I wish that it would have come with a bag or something to store it in. Feels durable and is pretty soft.
