This product is excellent! It really helped my grandma. She’s been using it for the past several years, she is 84 and still has lots of energy.

Ensure Vanilla Complete Powder is a reliable nutritional supplement. Its smooth vanilla flavor makes it enjoyable, and the powder form is convenient for mixing into various beverages. Packed with essential vitamins and minerals, it’s a great option for those looking to meet their nutritional needs. I appreciate its versatility and effectiveness in supporting overall health.

good

Mixes fairly well in water or milk and the vanilla taste is acceptable, especially when chilled. Works as a convenient meal supplement with protein, vitamins, and minerals that help keep you full between meals. Texture can lean slightly powdery unless blended well, so a shaker or blender helps. Best used as a supplement rather than a full meal replacement.Pros:Good protein and micronutrient profileMixes better with a shaker or blenderVersatile for shakes or smoothiesCons:Taste is on the sweet sideCan feel a bit chalky if hand mixedPricier than basic alternatives
