Disappointed, thought this book would teach me how to bake properly. Not so.
Very disappointed with this book. I have just bought a kitchenaid stand mixer. Most of the recipes in the book need attachments which I don’t have yet. Thought the recipes would be for the stand mixer and the attachments that come with the machine.

Promotional book for attachments
I was looking for the Kitchenaid book that used to come with the mixer - it contained basic recipes and hints and tricks to using your new machine. The online PDF that they say replaced the cookbook is NOT even close to the original book so purchased this book. I am very disappointed with this book.
