High Quality Filter at a Budget Price and Ease of Use
I bought 2 ND filters for my trip to Maui to do sunset timelapse photography at Haleakalā National Park. It worked like a charm. The filters had very little color shift. Also each of the ND filters came with a UV filter, which saved me some additional money. I mainly use the UV filters as a form of lens protector especially in dusty areas like Haleakalā Nation Park. Some of the trails into the dormant volcano were super dusty and this help make things easier to clean and less prone to damage. I got the largest size Freewell makes, the 82mm, just so i can use them on lens that i buy in the future that have a filter thread larger than 67mm. I did buy step-up rings from 67-82mm. Compared to Breakthrough Photography's magnetic lens filter system (which i know they are still in the process of redesigning) and PolarPro's screw on filter system, the Freewell magnetic filter system were super easy to use and change filters. Both those brand's filters easily run $150 to $200 each. The only caveat for the Freewell magnetic system is that you need to use screw on either the supplied UV filter lens, which the ND filter attaches to via the magnets. But luckily, if you don't like to use any filters in front of your lens such as UV filters, Freewell also includes a separate magnetic ring without any lens to work with the Magnetic ND filter. They also include a magnetic lens cover, that's made of metal, with all filter purchases. Best bang for the buck, for $250 i got 2 high quality ND filters (10-stop and 5-stop), as well as 2 magnetic UV filters and 2 magnetic filter rings and 2 step up rings. To get what I got from Freewell from the other top filter makers, it would of easily cost me over $600 - $700. Highly recommended!!!

Reliable!
This is great for VNDs or other lens filters. Reputable company, easy to use, and very sturdy-feeling. Happy with my purchase!

A solid magnetic step-up ring
The magnet is strong on this ring. I haven't had it get stuck on another filter but only time will tell. I gave it four stars because this adapter seems a bit pricey for what it is.

Awesome step-up rings for Freewell Magnetic Filters
Freewell does not include a magnetic ring in their filters but I think I like it this way more because I buy oversize circular filters and usually end up buying step-up rings. I like the colors of the Kase magnetic filters compare to the Freewell ND 10 stops but I had to buy an extra step up ring to attached the magnetic ring that was included not to mention the price difference between Kase and Freewell . What I really like about the Freewell step up ring compare to the Kase is that the Freewell have front threads to screw in your own filters. The Kase step up rings do not have front threads so you're stuck with using only Kase magnetic filters. To bad the 2 brands of magnetic filters are not compatible with each other step up rings, they are opposite polarization. I own ND filters from Kase and Grad ND from Freewell

Good step up
I like one ring to rule them all. Better than stacking. This brand makes good quality stuff for decent prices. Their magnet system is interesting but things can fall off if you bump it while walking. I screw things on.

Super useful
This step up ring is so useful because it allows me to adapt my filters to fit multiple lenses rather than having to get a different filter for each different diameter lens I have. The build quality is outstanding and it even comes with a padded magnetic carrying case to keep it protected when you’re not using it. I use this on my Sony A7iii and 55mm diameter lens and it allows me to use my 67mm filter seamlessly without adding bulk.

Fantastic filters and now have changed all my drones and cameras to Freewell, great price point and quality is so so good, not to mention the magnetic lens cap, brilliant

I bought this alongside buying the largest 82mm set of the magnetic nds. As my primary lens I use is 72mm. I wanted to get a quality step up ring with the grips as the cheaper ones can get stuck and be a nightmare
