Q: Are there manufacturer 0.3 or 0.4 replacement ink or even suggestions? I love the writing of the g.2 and this ink tip is significantly thicker

They don’t make them (pilot) Google how to fit a different cartridge and it will work fine using a different brand or aftermarket.

Q: How to semi permanently attach the metal tip of m701 mech. Pencil? Med. Strength threadlocker eat/damage the plastic

Unfortunately I have not had this problem. I love this pen also that’s why I bought extra pens for situations like this one. Sounds like you may have a bad spring. I am sorry that I could not be of more assistance. Good luck.
