Why would a person want to dispense a beer from this machine rather than pour it from the bottle into a glass?

Because it creates micro foams.

Can i two beers instead of a beer and a juice? Thank you

no you cant it only takes one beer at a time but you could use a bigger side if you want

Can the handle be changed out?

Dear customers, The handle is linked to the internal ultrasonic fine bubble generator, so it cannot be replaced. GREEN HOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
