This is my SEVENTH week with back pain. I have no idea how I hurt my back - I think that I strained it and it just got worse the more I tried to push through the discomfort. I tried deep tissue and trigger point massages; went through five bottles of BioFreeze Professional; prescription Lidocaine patches and pain meds; a cheap ($40) TENS unit; nerve block injections. I also bought an eight-hour ice pack to pit on, a new desk chair, and a lumbar support cushion. The pain just kept coming back. Out of desperation, I searched Amazon for back pain relief and this popped up. I ordered it early last night (after looking to see if I could but it locally - nope). When I got home from work, it was waiting for me.The most difficult part for me was getting the box open. I thought that it was just a sleeve that covered the box, nope. So I ripped it to shreds and opened it up. Other than the "sleeve", beautiful packaging. I had already downloaded the app, and the battery setup and pairing instructions were pretty straightforward. I've been using it on it's highest level for the past three hours (with 15 minute breaks between as recommended), and it feels amazing. I was really skeptical that two AAA batteries could pack a punch but - yup. I bought pads and they will arrive tomorrow, but I am SO happy that this gem arrived with three sets of pads. I haven't taken the pads off but they are really adhering and I've been sitting, moving around making dinner, walking the dog, etc., and they haven't slipped or budged. Now I know that the $40 TENS unit I first bought is crap - it wouldn't hold a charge and it hurt as if I were being stabbed with a sharp fork. It hurt more than it helped. THIS unit has exceeded my expectations. I'll update in a few weeks. I am especially interested to see how it performs tomorrow at work (I walk several blocks between a parking garage and building, in 90* weather).So far, I do NOT regret this purchase.

I have had low back pain for over 20 years. Arthritis has set in. I have tried so many things to get some relief. I bought the WiTouch Pro and am on day 3 wearing it. I turn it on whne I am trying to do lite chores around the house such as laundry, cooking, some cleaning. While I have no expectations of this totally relieving my low back pain permanently, it does on a temporary basis. You can use it in 30 minute intervals. Having had experience with patches on my back before, just some tips when using the gel pads with the WiTouch Pro. Put the green plastic covers back on the gel pads when not using. If you are wearing it on a hot day or doing an intense workout, the gel pads could slip. It isn't designed to wear doing a HIIT exercise. I have found simple yoga exercises works well with the gel pads staying in place. This is the first product I have been able to use that gives me temporary relief. Only downside, it does not tell you the times of the day you used it so you have to set your timer for 30 minutes after using it on your phone to know when you can use it again. If it was programmed to keep track of the times of day it was used, then you could check the app and know when you can use again, I would give it a 5 star rating!

I have used this particular type of TENS for lower back pain which I have had for years. This is my fourth replacement. The units are easy to use, (no wires), and they last a long time. I use my unit two times a day. The electrical stim session lasts 30 minutes and users can adjust the electrical charge to their liking. The negative is that the electrode replacement pads that come with this unit do not last many uses before they stop adhering to the skin and they are quite expensive IMO. My solution to that was finding a source of medical grade electrode gel in LARGE tubes that I use to extend the life of the pads by applying the gel on the surface of the pad. I would recommend this item for lower back pain relief.

Exceptional TENS device! Easy and convenient to use anytime. Made in USA is a big bonus (less than 200 miles from my house!) Gel pads are sticky and stretchy. Take care in removing from your skin. My first pair of gel pads have lasted 12 applications so far. Controlled by an app, so I expect more varied programs in the future. User defined parameters would be even better.2026 update - I've seen a few reviews stating problems with connection stability. If the unit doesn't respond, just close and restart the app (Android square button). Be very careful peeling the device off your skin, as it is easy to pull the pad off the device, too. I start at the topmost outer corners and slowly work my fingers under both of the sticky pads simultaneously. >10 adhesions/removals between pad changes.I'm still very happy with this TENS unit. It'll loosen up my lower back before I head to the chiropractor, and often eliminate the trip to her altogether.I gave my first unit (2022) to my Godson when he started experiencing lower back pain. I ordered my latest in August, 2025. Well worth the price, in my opinion.The only drawback I've encountered is that Hollywog (the manufacturer) apparently does not plan on updating the app with user defined parameters. Ultimately, that doesn't matter, since I have a favorite mode (High-low combo), but it's just software. Then again, the software works, so why chance breaking it.

What seemed like an excellent idea - being able to get the benefits of a Tens Unit without the wires, turned out to be more of an inconvenience than just sticking with a regular Tens Unit.With a standard Tens unit you do need to attach the unit to your belt or pocket, and you do have the wires to contend with. With this WiTouch Pro you still must carry your cell phone or be near your blue tooth device, otherwise the unit cant find its connection and won't work - so not much of a convenience there. But the worst thing about the WiTouch Pro, is the gel pads. They truly can only be used once, as they peel off in a ball of goo when you remove the unit, making them impossible to reuse. And, if you place the unit in the wrong spot and try to reposition it, the gel pads become destroyed.Also, with a Tens Unit, you have much more flexibility in placing the pads exactly where you need them. This device is sorely limited. Its a great idea - but very poorly designed.

I’ve been using the Wi-Touch Pro TENS unit for several years now and I’m very happy with its performance. I noticed a couple of reviews that I wanted to respond to in case others are reading and considering this product.First, regarding the gel pads—one reviewer mentioned that they’re only good for a single use. That hasn’t been my experience at all. If you follow the instructions and leave the gel pads attached to the unit and cover them with the provided plastic protectors after each use, they remain sticky and effective for multiple sessions. I’ve been able to reuse mine several times before needing replacements.Second, someone mentioned the unit should have a usage log so you know when you can use it again. While a log might be a nice feature, it’s worth noting that each session automatically runs for 30 minutes, and you can immediately restart it for another 30-minute session if needed. There’s no enforced cool-down period—you’re in control of how many sessions you run in a row.Hope this helps anyone considering the unit. It’s a solid device once you get familiar with how it works!

I had been looking for a device that can provide TENS treatment without all the wires around me and will stick to my skin while using. I’m not sure that this product totally meets that.The device is good, not great. The instructions are easy enough to follow with some minor issues on the manual info. You don’t necessarily need an app as it can be turned on manually. Furthermore, if you use the app, location services can always be changed. Treatment functions from low to high intensity is easily changed via app or manually. Convenient.The product doesn’t really stay or stick on to your body (skin) as pictured. It will slip and fall due to the weight of the product itself and the batteries (2 AAAs). You need either your underwear or pants to hold it in place. This is where the small wired patches do a better job. With the small wired patches, you can easily put them ALMOST anywhere on your body. This doesn’t. As to the manual instructions, company should stick to GREEN protective liners as noted on page 5, instead of using clear liners which are hard to see.Lastly, this product is too pricey for the features it offers. Thus the “3” rating.Why did I not return it? Just too tired of returning items because I believed features noted in product specifications, pictures shown and great customer reviews by others which I respect. To each his own.

Purchased for husband who had degenerate lumbar in lower spine.He’s absolutely chuffed to bits with it. The pain management is superb compared to previous cheaper versions purchased from the likes of pharmacy.He was initially concerned the middle battery compartment would be big and uncomfortable but apparently it’s not in the slightest. The Bluetooth connection to an app on his phone is easy to use and so much easier than wired versions.Only one downside is the need for a screwdriver to change the batteries. A usual clip version like on a remote control would have been sufficient or if they are concerned with batteries possibly coming out during use maybe a twist type security lock instead? Having to have a tool with you to change the batteries is a bit of a faff if you’re out.The unit is spot on for what he needed though and it was worth paying more this time.Exceedingly good item, I couldn’t be more pleased with this order.
