Price hike is insane
Absolutely love the product. Don’t love the product going up from twelve pounds to fifteen pounds in a week so sadly I won’t be repurchasing and will return to hotel chocolat.

More expensive alternative to Hot Chocolat
Very nice chocolate for hot chocolate lovers who don't go for the over-sweetened stuff. As much as I love that there isn't as much sugar as in Pendragon shaved drinking chocolate, it actually works out more expensive than Hotel Chocolat so I will give it a miss next time. Also, the pieces aren't as fine as in HC and it doesn't come in many flavours...

Some of the best hot chocolate around, I always buy this for a friend, she adores these, and they make a great little gift anytime, and not just in the winter.

A bit bland
The taste is OK but a bit bland. I expected more for the price. The drink is also very thick and gloopy. I made mine in a pan and wouldn't use it in my velvetiser. Hotel Chocolat drinks are still the best.

Great Product
There are a lot of companies claiming their chocolate drink is the best. I have tried quite a few and Knoops is very good; my young grandchildren also love it. I aim to try the milk chocolate option next.
